The PC arrived on time and was carefully wrapped for travel and included a cover letter about commitment to good service etc..Condition is excellent ; if you hold it at the right angle to the light you can see the plastic surface texture worn a bit smooth, but there are really no other obvious signs of prior use. The PSU looks like it is probably new.The system booted directly into Windows 10 Pro, even though the product description says something about being down graded to WIndows 7 (I was expecting to have to take some special actions to get back to Windows 10).The only potential problem was that the SIM card tray was missing (understandable on a used machine), but this was sorted promptly following a single message to vendor.This is the best laptop I have ever owned, and I can't see any good reason not to give 5 stars.
